Israel’s Latest? Pricing DHL, FedEx, MSC, UPS To Deliver Packages Of Palestinians To Ethiopia, Indonesia, And Libya? Asking U.S. Taxpayers To Pay What Could Be US$11.5 Billion For The Opportunity?

Netanyahu Administration In The State Of Israel Has Chutzpah: U.S. Taxpayers Should Pay US$11.5 Billion To Ship 2.3 Million Human Packages- Think DHL, FedEx, MSC, And UPS From Gaza By Air, Ground, And Sea To Ethiopia, Indonesia, And Libya.

Count On The Jewish Prime Minister To Always Go Lower Into Abyss Of The Despicable.

With the precision of a watch manufactured in Switzerland, Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of the State of Israel (2022- , 2009-2021, 1996-1999), and his merry band of political deplorables will grasp an opportunity to deliver globally goals that horrify and offend.

  • Some context: The State of Israel has approximately US$228 billion in foreign reserves, ranking approximately 19th largest in the world.  At approximately US$540 billion, the State of Israel ranks 29th of 193 countries globally by gross domestic product (GDP).

When the State of Israel suggests, “just spit balling here” to characterize it, which means to “quickly suggest ideas to be discussed without thinking about them carefully,” the rational reaction would be to ignore it.

Unfortunately, similarly to when someone responds with “I did not mean it” after saying precisely what they did mean- but wish they had not said it for public consumption.  Since 7 October 2023, when a member of the Netanyahu Administration or those within its gravitational field says something, it reflects ardent desire.

The Netanyahu Administration’s first preference remains a territory of Gaza absent any of the current population of approximately 2.3 million inhabiting an increasingly decreasing percentage of Gaza within which approximately 90% of infrastructure and structures have been severely damaged or destroyed.  No Muslims, no problem

The Netanyahu Administration’s preferred choice for the approximately 2.3 million inhabitants of Gaza is for them to self-deport, similar to what the Trump-Vance Administration (2025-2029) is recommending for individuals inhabiting the United States without authorization.

An important caveat is the Trump-Vance Administration offers an individual who self-deports to again apply for a visa to enter the United States while those who are apprehended and then deported forfeit the opportunity (not guarantee) to return to the United States.  Would the State of Israel permit inhabitants of Gaza to return to Gaza?  The State of Israel does not permit anyone to depart Gaza- so unlikely they would permit anyone to re-enter Gaza.

The three countries identified as targets for receiving inhabitants of Gaza are Ethiopia (2025 population approximately 135.4 million), Indonesia (2025 population approximately 285.7 million), and Libya (2025 population approximately 7.4 million).

  • Ethiopia (approximately 1,641 miles from Gaza) continues to struggle commercially, economically, financially, politically, and socially.  Drought continues to impact the population.

  • Indonesia would represent an approximately 5,584 air mile distance (and four-hour time difference) from Gaza with a multi-island (approximately 17,508) climate demonstrably different from Gaza.

  • Libya (approximately six hundred miles from Gaza) of which approximately 90% consists of the Sahara Desert, does not have stability- inhabitants are trying to leave it rather than return to it after having departed it.  For the State of Israel, the least expensive (not for them, but for others) is a land bridge conga-line to move the approximately 2.3 million inhabitants of Gaza south through Egypt and west into Libya.

Using US$5,000.00 for the cost of transporting each human package by air, ground, or sea using DHL, FedEx, MSC, And UPS, the total cost for packing, transporting, and delivering approximately 2.3 million individuals- men, women, and children, and presumably pets (unless the State of Israel requires euthanization) could be US$11.5 billion.

  • This sum would represent approximately 5.0% of the value of the foreign reserves of the State of Israel.

In a despicable, but not surprising display of political hubris, or the Hebrew word for Chutzpah, is reporting that the Netanyahu Administration wants United States taxpayers to pay the US$11.5 billion.

United States taxpayers provide annually to the State of Israel approximately US$3.8 billion in military grants and economic grants; provided approximately US$23 billion in military grants since 7 October 2023; and since 1946 provided more than US$317 billion in military grants and economic grants.

“The director of the Israeli intelligence agency reportedly sought U.S. aid in resettling Gazans in a visit to Washington, D.C. this week, two sources with knowledge of the matter told Axios on Friday.  Mossad Director David Barnea reportedly spoke to U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff about resettling Gazans to other nations with U.S. aid, naming Ethiopia, Indonesia and Libya specifically as potential destinations, sources told Axios… While Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu insists that any relocation of Gazans would be voluntary, the move remains highly controversial as many critics characterize the idea as a potential war crime… Witkoff reportedly said that Ethiopia, Indonesia and Libya expressed openness to taking the thousands of Gazans, sources told Axios.  While Barnea said the U.S. should offer those nations incentives to take in the refugees, Witkoff was reportedly not committed to the idea… While Trump and Netanyahu were initially warm to the idea, the plan reportedly faced significant pushback from Arab nations in the region, according to Axios.  As of 2025, an estimated 2.1 million people are living in Gaza.  A peaceful resolution to the three-year conflict between Israel and Hamas is still ongoing as talks brokered by the U.S. have so far not netted results.”

  • I have concepts for Gaza that I think are very good, make it a freedom zone, let the United States get involved and make it just a freedom zone.”  Donald Trump

  • We've had great co-operation from... surrounding countries, great cooperation from every single one of them.  So, something good will happen.” Donald Trump

  • “[W]e do not want to see a humanitarian crisis, and we will not allow it to occur on President Trump’s watch.”  Steven Witkoff, Assistant to the President, Senior Advisor, and Special Envoy (2025- )

In March 2023, the government of Egypt proposed an approximately US$53 billion reconstruction program for Gaza which would be funded primarily by Arab League member countries as an alternative to the Cleansification of Palestinians from Gaza Program proposed by President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu.

  • Arab League members: Algeria, Bahrain, Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Iraq, Jordon, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestinian Authority, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.

The State of Israel too has a plan for Gaza.  They have proposed many where each has a common theme- fewer Palestinians, fewer problems.  No Palestinians, no problems.   The Trump-Vance Administration supports those plans.

  • We are destroying more and more homes, they have nowhere to return to.  The only inevitable outcome will be the desire of Gazans to emigrate outside of the Gaza Strip.” Benjamin Netanyahu

  • I think President Trump is bringing a vision.  It's called free choice.  You know, if people want to stay, they can stay, but if they want to leave, they should be able to leave.  It shouldn't [be a] a prison.  It should be open place and give people a free choice.  We're working with the United States very closely about finding countries that will seek to realize what they always say they wanted - to give the Palestinians a better future.  And those who, and I think we're getting close to finding several countries.  And I think this will give again the freedom to choose.  Palestinians should have it, and I hope that we can secure it.”  Benjamin Netanyahu

  • And the fourth, it would be reconstruction, which would be largely taken, I think, by the international community.”  Benjamin Netanyahu

  • “[T]he reconstruction plans will be carried out with the financing and leadership of countries acceptable to Israel.”  Government of the State of Israel

The foundation for the plan by the State of Israel is, regardless of statements suggesting they may remain, is to remove all 2.3 million Palestinian inhabitants of Gaza and replace them with seal-of-approval Jews.

Gaza Background: “After the 1948 creation of the State of Israel, many Palestinian refugees ended up in Gaza, where they and their descendants make up three-quarters of the population.  Another 900,000 registered refugees live in the occupied West Bank, while 3.4 million others live in Jordan, Syria and Lebanon, according to the UN.  The Israeli military launched a campaign to destroy Hamas in response to an unprecedented cross-border attack on 7 October 2023, in which about 1,200 people were killed and 251 were taken hostage.  More than 57,500 people have been killed in Gaza since then, according to the territory's Hamas-run health ministry.  Most of Gaza's population has also been displaced multiple times.  More than 90% of homes are estimated to be damaged or destroyed; the healthcare, water, sanitation and hygiene systems have collapsed; and there are shortages of food, fuel, medicine and shelter.  Israel's defence minister says he has instructed its military to prepare a plan to move all Palestinians in Gaza into a camp in the south of the territory, Israeli media reports say.  Israel Katz told journalists on Monday he wanted to establish a “humanitarian city” on the ruins of the city of Rafah to initially house about 600,000 Palestinians - and eventually the whole 2.1 [2.3] million population.”
